Really digging a new song by an up and comer who goes by, Godwin. It’s called “i know” and features electronic, hip hop and soul influences. Those alongside his vocals give you a wonderful, spaced-out relaxation. Peep it right here, you won’t be disappointed. https://soundcloud.com/godwinofficial/i-know-3
“The Silver Wave” is a cinematic anthem from Celeno and Sam Dian. This combination is deadly. The record is released on Emprise’s Horizons compilation. So if you enjoyed this be sure to check out the entire project, it’s one of our favorite compilations that have came out this year.
If you haven’t heard this yet, listen in because “Skeleton” has been blowing up this week. The single collab between Tails, inverness and a rising vocalist, Nevve hits the gap between smooth, expert level songwriting and club-dance perfectly. Stream it right here and get down.
The futuristic, hyper-pop artist, mona on the radio has returned with an insane new video and single, “Namaste.” It sounds like it’s own vein of hip-hop with lighthearted bars and upbeat synths combining at the forefront. I’d never heard of Jesse and The Wolf before so this could have flown by without me ever knowing. Luckily though I was intro’d to his latest song, “Hurt Me No More” and just had to share the love. Also recommended you dive into his other stuff.
“Dance For Your Queen” is an ecstatic pop banger to come from the rising vocalist, Maccie. After hearing her Primal EP a few years back, I became obsessed with this artist’s smooth and sensual stylings. Thankfully, she’s finally back with a hot new release that gets me grooving every time. I can only hope that […]
Check out this standout single by the French project INÜIT. The next level songwriting on “Tomboy” is quite impressive. It’s sounds so natural and listenable on first pass you’d think it’s really simple. But lean in and you find many of layers to dive into, plus a nuanced vocal part that’s really pulled off.
Twin Caverns’ “Regret” might be your next obsession. Low key, hazy, washed out…you might describe it as both very tasteful and very experimental indie music. Definitely keep eyes on the Sydney band, seems like only great things ahead.
Check out this tasty new cut by a Las Vegas up-and-comer, Zack Gray. The title “Imperfect Love” fits with the music’s whole vibe. The smooth vocal work is a highlight, pointing to more good material to come down the line. It’s a low key emotional song, I’m saving it for a chill early morning drive.
