Shallou’s “The Long Way Home” remix EP is finally out! After thoroughly enjoying the first two remixes by KC Lights and Sultan and Shepard (“Corners and Pacifica, respectively) we’re blessed with Holiday87’s (from The Knocks) remix of “Heartaches” along with the full EP.

This track is a beauty, capturing the feel and essence of the original while Holiday87 still has room to bring his signature deep house grooves.

Of the EP, Shallou mentioned: “When searching for remixes for this EP, I really wanted to recontextualize these songs for a club atmosphere but still keep the original charm.”

Mission accomplished and then some!
